Caring for your Charlotte Yorke napkins

Our napkins are crafted from the finest linen or cotton, designed to last for years with the right care. Follow these simple steps to keep them looking their best:

✔ Washing: Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC.
✔ Shrinkage: A small amount of shrinkage may occur during the first wash, but all Charlotte Yorke fabrics have been prewashed to minimise this.
✔ No Bleach: Avoid bleach, even on white linen—it can cause blotching and weaken the fibers.
✔ Ironing: For a crisp, polished finish, iron while slightly damp. Or, let them air dry for a relaxed, natural look.
✔ Embroidery Care: Do not iron directly onto the embroidery design. Use a pressing cloth or iron on the reverse side to protect the delicate stitching.
